King’s Kids Sunday School
Times: 9:30 – 10:15 a.m.
Meeting Place: Gym
Curriculum: Our teachers really enjoy using Group’s FaithWeaver curriculum where lessons are filled with lots of creative ways to make the scriptures come alive to children. Take home pages are provided as well as an emailed Family Connect page to help parents stay connected to what their children are learning each Sunday. We are currently studying stories from the life & teachings of Jesus.
King’s Kids Church
Times: 10:30 am – Noon Meeting Place: Gym
Curriculum:
K – 5th graders transition from Sunday School to Kids Church with games and snacks in the gym. They have their own praise and worship time in the King’s Kids Room which begins around 10:50 am. We are cuurently working our way through the Bible using a new curriculum called “What’s In the Bible?” by Phil Vischer, the creator of VeggieTales. Children are picked up by their parents following the service in the King’s Kid’s Room in the gym. To find out more information about the curriculum we use, go to www.whatsinthebible.com.
King’s Kids Caleb Team
The Caleb Team consists of students 6th – 12th grades who serve as co-leaders with our Kid’s Church leaders. Their duties include leading a small group, helping the children to stay focused, being a good role model, and reaching out to make each child feel welcomed. Members of the Caleb Team each serve on a rotational basis throughout the year.

King’s Kids Choir & King’s Kids Junior Choir
Time: 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

- King’s Kids Jr. Choir (4 years old – 1st grade) Leaders: Norman & Vicky Kaneklides
- Jr. King’s Kids (4 years old – 1st grade) Leaders: Dan & Julie Kovasckitz
- King’s Kids Choir (2nd - 5th grade) Leader: David Evans
- King’s Kids (boys & girls 2nd - 5th grade) Leaders: Steve & Sharon Seward
Ignite Schedule:
5:15 – 6:15 pm Dinner served for Church family in the gym
6:30 – 7:30 pm Jr. King’s Kids (4 yrs. – 1st grade) meet in far left corner gym classroom & King’s Kids (2nd – 5th grade) meet in the King’s Kids room (1st room on the right in gym). The King’s Kids Choir is also practicing with Handbells.
