Marriage Enrichment Retreat
On November 15th-17th, 15 couples from St. Giles went on a marriage retreat together in the mountains. For most of us, it was a true time away with the Lord, each other and from the distractions of life. The highlight of the weekend was our last session together, where we took Communion with our spouses and received individual prayer. It was as if God had been waiting for this one intimate moment to reveal his heart for us. In the end, we left refreshed, enriched, encouraged, hopeful and more deeply in love with God and one another. Thanks so much to our church body who prayed for us. May we all see the fruit of this retreat in St Giles in the days to come.
