Sunday Morning
Sunday School
We have Sunday School classes for all children 2 year olds – 6th grade. For infants and toddlers we provide nursery during this time.
Times: 9:30 – 10:15 a.m.
Meeting Place: Gym
Purpose: To help build a solid foundation in our children through God’s Word.
Kidmo
During the morning service, after worship the children are dismissed with their leaders to attend KidMo from roughly 11:15 – 12:00 noon. Children may be picked up after the service in the King’s Kid’s Room in the Gym. Children’s Church is not held on Communion Sundays (typically the first Sunday of each month)
Ages: Kindergarten – 4th grade
Meeting Place: King’s Kids Room (Gym)
Focus: Action packed lessons filled with solid biblical truths to help kids grow closer to Jesus.

Caleb Team
We believe that everyone has a place to serve regardless of age. The Caleb Team consists of students 6th – 12th grades who serve as co-leaders with our Children’s Church teachers. Their duties include leading a small group, helping the children to stay focused, being a good role model, and reaching out to make each child feel welcomed. They accomplish this by showing the children the love of Jesus by taking the time to get to know them. Members of the Caleb Team each serve on a rotational basis throughout the year.
Sunday Night
King’s Kids & Junior Dance Ministry
Time: 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
Ages & Groups:
- Jr. King’s Kids Choir (4 years old – 1st grade) Leaders: Norman & Vicky Kaneklides
- Jr. King’s Kids (4 years old – 1st grade) Leaders: Julie Kovasckitz
- Girls Jr. Dance Ministry(2nd - 6th grade) Leaders: Kay McGarity, Erin Chalfant, Meredith Burns
- King’s Kids (boys & girls 2nd - 6th grade) Leaders: Jane Burns, Steve & Sharon Seward
All children meet in the gym at 5:30 p.m. for snack and then large group worship time in the King’s Kids room. From 6:00 – 6:30 p.m., the Jr. King’s Kids (4 years – 1st graders) meet for Jr. Choir and then from 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. they meet together for a small group activity centered around scripture memorization. From 6:00 – 6:45 p.m. the 2nd – 6th graders divide into small groups for dance (girls) or a Bible centered activity (girls & boys). Afterwards, they all meet back together in the King’s Kids room for a final large group meeting and parent pick up at 7:00 p.m.
Purpose of this program: Discipleship of St. Giles children and outreach to kids in the neighborhood.
Wednesday Night
Faith Explorers
Time: 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Ages: Kindergarten – 6th grade
Meeting Place: King’s Kids Room (Gym)
Purpose of this program: Fellowship, Worship & Devotionals aimed at laying a firm foundation of our faith.
